Sarah Palin posted photos Thursday of her husband Todd ailing from his severe snowmobiling injuries.
Sarah Palin’s husband Todd is out of the hospital recovering at the couple’s Alaska home from his severe injuries in a snowmobile crash, she said Thursday.
Todd, 51, suffered a collapsed lung, fractured ribs, and a broken clavicle and shoulder blade in the March 13 crash around 70 miles north of the Palins’ hometown of Wasilla.
“So grateful for your prayers and support during Todd’s recovery!,” Sarah Palin said in a statement posted on her Facebook page Thursday afternoon. “He’s in a good place – on the couch – insisting if there’s any good season for injury, it’s now.”
Palin, the former Alaska governor and Republican vice presidential nominee, posted photos of her husband in the hospital and then back home with their son Trig.
“March Madness is a great distraction,” Todd said in a statement included in the post. “And catching up on ‘Deadliest Catch’ and ‘Bering Sea Gold’ episodes is some awesome motivational therapy. I can’t wait to get on Bristol Bay waters and pick fish with the family!”
