So far in this series we’ve learned the basics of bodyweight exercise and brought in some low weight to establish a sturdy foundation. But it’s hard to progress into more-experienced territory if you still crap out halfway through your workout. To keep pushing through every set, we need to build endurance. So today, focus on going long and getting that heart rate up. Let’s go through a quick warm-up, then get into the moves you’ll need for our endurance workout.
